⏳ Order processing
We take care of everything in 1 to 3 business days! This time frame allows us to prepare your items before they hit the road to you.

💰 Delivery costs
Simple and straightforward: it's $10 to ship your order!

📦 Order tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you'll receive an e-mail with a tracking link.

🌍 International shipping
At the moment, we only ship to Canada. Need more info? Don't hesitate to contact us!

🕰️ Delivery delays
We always do our best to meet our deadlines, but unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, overwhelmed carriers...) can sometimes cause delays. Thank you for your patience if this happens!

✍️ Incomplete or incorrect addresses
Make sure your address is filled in correctly at the time of payment! If you made an error, contact us quickly - as long as the order hasn't shipped yet, we can correct it!

📦 Returns for non-delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

🔄 Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. But if your order arrives damaged or with a problem, contact us and we'll find a solution together!
